You don’t. HDR has to do with photography, and has to do with automatically taking multiple exposures with different f-stops to get a better photo. Ultra HD, which you probably meant, is also called 4K, UHD and UHDTV. It means that your TV set is capable of showing 4K tv, which is a lot higher resolution than a standard TV, therefore a better picture. You don’t turn it on, though. Either your TV station broadcasts a 4K signal, or it doesn’t (I don’t think ANY station is currently broadcasting in 4K). However, if you have a 4K DVD player AND you buy a 4K DVD movie and use your TV set to view it, your TV will automatically show it with that resolution.
