• Yes this TV is great for watching football. Recently enjoyed watching the pre-season Patriots/Eagles game, and found that everything about the viewing experience was top notch!

• This TV is not only good for football but any other sports movies and video gaming. My only and personal opinion is to add a sound bar or sorround sound system. Over all Best tv out there for the money.
