The Q70 and above is 120 hz. But the Q60 for me is just as smooth and powerfully clear and crisp. The only thing with these Samsung tvs including the Q70s and above is the sound. Its better to buy a soundbar that gives out theater like sounds which is awesome. There are cheaper ones but sound is different. Dont buy a bose or sony or Lg soundbar. Buy the Samsung soundbar so it will be compatible with your Samsung tv. Recommended by most electronic specialists. If a store employee tells you differently its because they want you to buy a more expensive soundbar so they can get commissions on the sale. My Samsung soundbar is awesome. I paid $200 on sale.
