“The stand I purchased only supplied M8 screws or smaller to attach the brackets to the TV. It seems that the TV requires bigger screws. I can’t find the size of the screw holes on the back of the TV anywhere in the manuals. Can you help me?”

• The M8 screws provided did not work for my wall mount bracket either. So I went to Lowe’s and bought three other lengths of the M8 screws (there were four in a pack) and one of them worked perfectly. Take one of the M8 screws you have with you so you can gauge what length might work. I don’t recall which one worked best for me or I would tell you.
