• Hi Patrick - For further assistance with a replacement SolarCell Remote, please contact Samsung TV Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. If your remote is lost, you can use the SmartThings app on your remote to control your TV. There is also a TV Controller button at the bottom of the TV (just under the Samsung logo). When pressed, the Control menu will appear. Press this button to move from Power, Channel UP/DOWN, Volume UP/DOWN, and Source. Press & Hold to select. ^Gina
