ITV is very sturdy with the Samsung pedastal weighing almost as muvh as the TV.. I hae turned my tv around to gain access to the cable connections and it remained very sturdy during the turn.

The Samsung - 55" Class - QLED Q80 Series is very sturdy and well balanced, though it is quite a bit lighter than your Plasma TV. If the TV is centered on the pedestal the weight distribution will remain unchanged regardless of the pedestals angle. As such it should be no more or less likely to tip over than another similar model. ^Scott
