Does it have the Xfinity app? null

Does not come with but it looks like an APP you can download

I just looked, and I do not see the Xfinity app. I have a roku attached and that has the xfinity app.

Update - I did find this app, but I had to find it by doing a search using the search button in the bar when you push the Home button.
