Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Calibration is tuning the color, brightness, contrast, all the other 25 options on this TV for making the picture show exactly how you prefer. Skin tone, motion, all adjustable. Cutting the heads off has to do with picture size. Find that option in settings and change to 16:9 or fit screen.
