Hi Eric! In order for casting to work, both the TV and the mobile device need to be connected to the same network. Once connected, open the application through the mobile device, find the content you would like to play, and select the cast icon within the application. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used this last night. Your phone has to be connected to the same WiFi internet that the tv is on. Go to YouTube and at the top click the box that has the WiFi signal attached to it. Then a menu will appear asking how to broadcast. Hopes this helps and you’re able to enjoy your tv.
