Purchased mine 9/2023, and now have the same problem. But it's the control board, and they are on backorder everywhere with no ETA on availability. Turn the oven on, and it sits at 175 degrees (preheat) and never changes. Igniter works, because it lights for both bake and broil. But won't heat up. Contacted Samsung, went through the troubleshooting process to no avail. They will help you open a ticket for repair with company they use, but they charge to come out and diagnose, go away order the parts (that aren't available) and will return to perform the repair once they have the part(s). So about to go into the Thanksgiving holiday season with family coming, and with a $1,000 range/oven that won't work and I cant get the parts to repair.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your gas flow from the valve behind the unit. If you have flow, call a repairman. We found this was a problem with our previous stove. After that was remedied, this stove heats to temp in less than 10-15 minutes
