Samsung support is ridiculously bad. The answer I found is there is tape to the left covering the 1/2 “ female part for the gas hose. If Samsung support would get acquainted or be trained on their products they would have known this. Instead they referred to the manual I provided a screenshot of. So if you have this model the connection is to the left covered by tape
