Hi DMcL. Thank you for reaching out regarding your Samsung - 6.0 cu. ft. Freestanding Gas Range with WiFi, No-Preheat Air Fry & Convection if the timer has minutes or minutes and seconds. Regarding your concern, you can set the timer from 1 minute to 9 hours and 59 minutes. I suggest you check this link to your user manual for assistance.
