- Answer Thanks so much for asking, KageU! Because this model is a gas model, it will require a gas connection. This does add some steps to the installation process. I do have this link (https://bit.ly/2RsPYwl) to the installation manual for this model. Page 10 has a full list of what's included with the range. Also, pages 17-22 have step by step installation instructions. ^Jecca

QuestionOven is stuck in “keep warm” mode instead of of preheating. Pressing the “keep warm” button doesn’t turn it off. Gas is connected. Everything else appears to be working fine. Help!

QuestionHello , My stove is showing the code c-f2 what does that mean

- Answer Its a communication error between the buttons and the circuit board. Mine has the same issue currently and thats what I've learned through searching the web and samsung website. Best bet is to replace the touchpad (the buttons). If that doesnt work replace the circuit board. I hope thats helpful.
