QuestionWhat is the BTU's of the oven?

- Answer I do not know for sure, but it should be at least 17,000 and on the par with other ranges. The oven BTU varies with the cooking temperature and its maximum output has no practical value unless used as a heating furnace, which never should be a case.

- Answer Hello. Thank you for reaching out regarding your Samsung - 6.0 cu. ft. Front Control Slide-In Gas Range with Convection & Wi-Fi, Fingerprint Resistant if you can use propane gas. Regarding your concern, yes, you can use propane gas. Please make sure your range is correctly installed and adjusted by a qualified service technician or installer for the type of gas (natural or LP) you will use. For your range to utilize LP gas, the installer must replace the 5 surface burner orifices and 2 oven orifices with the provided LP orifice set, and reverse the GPR adapter. These adjustments must be made by a qualified service technician in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and all codes and requirements of the authority having jurisdiction. The qualified agency performing this work assumes the gas conversion responsibility. Here is a link to your user manual for further assistance. - Answer it has a griddle in the middle no grates. 4 grates for pots & pans. I am not sure if you can switch out the griddle so you would have 6 grates?

- Answer The salesperson told me when I bought it that you could purchase a grate separately. I contacted Samsung. They do not make a grate for this model.

- Answer This model ONLY comes with a center griddle. There is NO grate part available on Samsung.com for this model. You can ONLY use the center piece as a griddle until SAMSUNG creates a grate for the center (I asked them). NO other generic center pieces work (at this time). It's Samsung's way of clearly screwing us into buying the next expensive/upgraded product just for the center grate. :)
