Depends on what part you scratched. I did the same thing on the older version of this appliance and it was on the plastic part of display. You cant get those out. But I know you can buy a new skin to replace it and it replaces easy. If its in the metal part try using something like a rubbing compound used for a car. Make sure its not flamable or on any of the parts and I would disconnect the gas and electricity before hand but if its on the front part it might work.
