- Answer Can't give the exact size but can say that no pans can be stored in it. I can only put covers flat in there. It is very shallow.

- Answer I asked about doing this when I bought the range and the staff at Best Buy said not to bother. Just be careful with putting things on the top. So far it's been fine.

- Answer There’s a Samsung app you can get where you can turn off the unit from your phone. Basically from the app you can also preheat, turn on the light, put it on any mode setting it has. Also it has a self cleaning mode and when it is on the door locks. When the cook time is ready, the oven turns off by itself too. It’s pretty cool.

QuestionHow long does the range take to preheat? My old one takes 5.5 minutes to reach 350 & 6.5 minutes to reach 400. I'm having trouble finding a hew range that is comparable. 20 minutes or more isn't acceptable to me. Even 10 minutes sounds like a long time.

Questionwhere the griddle goes can you also use the burners separetly ...like if I want to put 2 pans and cook...I guess I am asking do both burners on the griddle side come on..or you can just use one at a time if not using the griddle??

- Answer Yes you can use both burners separately too. There is a separate setting to heat up the middle to use the griddle.
