Hi there, I can help with that. You do have the correct outlet to install our Samsung Range. The only difference there could be is three or four prongs. You will need to purchase a three pronged for your outlet. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad

It did not come with one so it takes two or three screws to remove your old one from the stove and then install it on the new one. Or you can buy a new one. Best Buy team delivery doesn’t do that connection for you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is unlikely that you have a 250 amp receptacle or plug. (200 amp is the common limit for the service panel serving an entire residence.). In the US and Canada you likely have a 240 volt receptacle, and the questions are what amperage rating and whether equipped with separate neutral and ground (4 conductor) , or no separate ground (3 conductor). You should hire a qualified electrician if you are not very familiar with this.
