“We have noticed that the main control panel locks up by itself and the only fix is to shut power off via the breaker panel and then turning back on. So far it has happened three times, easy fix but looks like a defect. Any permanent fix? Replace or get”

• We had to return it, the problem got worse and worse . We’d only had it for 3 weeks , it began actually shutting off while baking. We really had to beg because it was 5 days past the 14 day return . Definitely defective! We then got a GE instead and it’s not as sleek but excellent performance. Appreciate the help Best Buy gave us with our predicament.
