  • QuestionIs it true that the oven door is soft close? Is the soft close feature for the top oven door only or the full door only or both?

    • Answer The soft close feature is for the whole oven so when you try to slam it the door stops and slowly closes the last 5 inches. If you try to quickly close the top oven it does not stop but it is very cushiony when closing so it's not like you can just slam it closed. I hope this helps.

I am sorry to learn you have a hard time doing it. Regarding your concern, here are the steps. How to set the oven for broiling 1. Press Broil once for Hi or twice for Lo. Use Lo to cook foods such as poultry or thick cuts of meat thoroughly without over-browning them. 2. To start broiling, press START/SET. Broil one side until the food is browned.   • QuestionCan you tell me the height of the oven from the ground to the stove top. I want to see if it will be flush with my counter tops.

    • Answer Im not sure the measurements but it has adjustment screws on the bottom of the legs to raise it or lower it. We had to pull it out a couple times to get it flush but it was easy.

  • QuestionI know with air fryer devices, you cannot use a wet batter, such as tempura. Can I assume this oven air fryer is no different and that you cannot use a wet batter with the air fryer function?

    • Answer Yes you can assume the same. It also depends on how “wet” the batter is. If it’s thick it might still work and you can add foil to one of the over racks below to keep your oven clean.
