Hi Maria, You can find the serial number behind the right side or left side of the drawer or underneath the controls. Here is a link where you can find the possible location of the serial number: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/#find-codes Click on the "How to find my model number" option, then choose "Home Appliances" on the Category drop-down and "Ranges" on the Type drop-down and check each location in the range where the serial number may be located.
