is there a basic hook up included with delivery? null

Yes, stand is attached to TV and is supposed to be hooked up to Cable box however my delivery would not perform the hookup because TV was too cold to plug in. They did assemble and place on stand. I ended up calling my Cable service to come and hook up TV the following day.
