“Has anyone else had trouble getting the remote to work? Initially it wouldn't even turn the tv on. Now it works sporadically. We have to turn the tv on from the back and if we're lucky the remote will start working a few minutes later.”

I have had this TV for over a week and I have not had any trouble with the remote turning on or off the TV. Knock on wood
