The EVO is like the economic version. It still performs well but may be slower as the memory card fills (response time is impacted). Hope this information helps.

Any sustained data throughput will slow both cards down quite a bit. If the prices of the the cards are close (within 20%) for the same size card - buy the pro. If the pro is 30% or more expensive than the evo - buy the evo.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think the difference is speed. The standard card has speeds rated upto 24 MB/s, EVO is upto 48 MB/s, and the Pro is upto 90 MB/S. But really, depending on what you use it for, I am not entirely sure it will show a dramatic difference between the EVO and the PRO.

PRO READ/WRITE Speed: 90MB/80MB EVO READ Speed: 48MB's I'm not sure about the EVO's write speed but generally for things like recording higher resolution video, where write speeds are critical, you'll want a PRO card. Of course write/read speeds also depend on the abilities of the devices your using them in. Older devices probably won't benefit as much from the faster cards.
