“When using provided legs the TV leans back tilts at the top about an inch, horizontally it's perfect checked with level and square. Is this normal or should I return.”

• I believe that is normal with tv stands that come with it. I use a tv stand with shelves and have mine mounted up on a bracket just in case of an earthquake. Only because of the weight of the tv moving back and forth on its own stand it seems like it would not be as secure.

• Mine is like that too. I think it is normal. Tv seems stable and wont fall over.
