What is high dynamic range? null

Non-technical answer: It is a contrast enhancement that makes this TV picture awesome. I will not buy a tv that does not have HDR. See attached pic from my tv. For a technical answer you'll need to google it.

In a nutshell, it’s the ability to display a wider and richer range of colours, much brighter whites, and much deeper, darker blacks.
