Please try again later.it means that you have a much more colorful, detailed and brighter screen compared to a non HDR TV. they have been using this in the camera industry for a while now and in the future all the tv's will eventually have it I think. you can go to best buy or another store and take a look at it and see if it is worth it to you to pay the extra cash for a TV with HDR. for me it was worth it and I am very happy with my purchase.
