“I bought my 65 “ Samsung tv I expected clarity.. and awesome picture instead I have blurry more distort pics is it my internet? or do I need to order HD with my internet tv to get the clarity.. so disappointed.”

Firstly , when you’re watching the tv program that came with the Samsung tv - it’s blurry . Try get a paid cable if you don’t have one. Secondly , change your picture mode to Dynamic instead of standard. Thirdly , check your coaxial cord that’s they are well connected and fixed. Adjust the coaxial cords on the back of the tv and on the cable box. Consider using HDMI connection. If none of the above worked , you should consider an exchange it. The TV is awesome and picture is perfect. Congrats on your new purchase and good luck with getting the picture you desire.
