Please try again later.Unplug it from the wall (it should be plugged directly into the wall by the way, not a three way or other multi plug device.) then plug it back in after a few minutes. This will reboot the motherboard. I got this advice from a TV repairman (saved us a fortune) and it fixes ours every time when our sound goes out on our Sony. We have to do this about twice a month. It's worth it because we really like the TV. If your plug is like a power supply cord make sure the other end of the cord is plugged snugly going directly into the TV also. You can also make sure it has all the most recent updates since these TV's are like a computer you have to treat it like one. Sometimes that gets rid of glitches too. Hopefully it works for you also.
