The best thing to use to clean a flat screen TV is an anti-static microfiber cloth. The same as would be used to clean eyeglasses. It should be a large enough cloth that you can easily clean with a circular motion. Make sure the TV is off and the screen has cooled before cleaning. For difficult spots you can lightly spray distilled water on the cloth before wiping, or use pre-moistened anti-static electronics wipes.
