“I just bought the 65in TV and it won't let me change the picture to a wide screen. It's saying the option is functional. I have 4inch of black at the top of the TV and at the bottom. Why will it not let me change it. I'm basically watching a 57 in tv”

A lot of T v's won't let you change it. An LG TV does let you change it but then the picture doesn't look very good so it's kind of like a oh well no situation. Not much you can do
