“Just purchased and it appears that there is a Protective film over the TV screen. However, it cannot be easily removed Very noticeable when OFF (mirror like) Shall I remove, and if so, how as it does not appear to be an easy task?? Please advise..”

• Hi there, if there is a film on your TV, you will see a blue tab in the upper left hand corner. Some TVs do come with film protectors, while some may not. ^Gina

• There is no protective film over the screen. It is part of the production of the glass
