I've come to accept my tv must be set to dynamic setting for brightness. That is only way the buzz will cease. During dark scenes while watching, the noise can be heard again.

It’s constant and loud enough to be heard after leaving the room. My tv is free standing on top of a dresser in our master bedroom. Wondered if mounting it would make a difference. I have to unplug it often - as in several times a week. According to my Best Buy app, the tv is no longer eligible for return - only had until Feb 18th. What kind of return policy is 15 days!? The buzzing sound is coming from the back. It’s not an audio issue. I’ve already taken steps to troubleshoot. There aren’t any components plugged in other than a Samsung sound bar, but when muted, the buzzing is still there. It only stops when I turn the tv off.
