• The stand is not adjustable. The legs are V-shaped, and there is one at each end. They angle outward very slight back to front, so the spacing between the front ends of the legs is slightly larger than the back ends, and the front ends are 44.5" apart. Your 44-inch cabinet will not be big enough. I have this on a TV stand that is 48 inches long, and this is the minimum length shelf I'd want to have this TV on for safety purposes.
