“I have two of these, purchased both of them on the same day and one volume is good but the other one I have to turn the volume up to 30 something just to hear it as good as the other one. How do I fix this??”

Have you checked the audio settings? There are several options. Double check all of them. It took me a minute to fix my audio settings when I hooked up my sound bar.
