QuestionHow far apart are the wall mount screw holes on the back of the TV? I need to know so I can try to center it on a wall by being able to slide the TV to one side of the bracket.

- Answer Hi MountSpacing, Samsung TVs are VESA Compliant and work with any wall mount or stand that is also VESA Compliant and designed for the TV's size. For your 65” TV, you would need a VESA bolt pattern of 400 mm x 400 mm. The wall mount screw holes are 400 mm apart (approx 15.75"). ^Val

- Answer The is good, no "tingy" metallic sound to the speakers, they get loud enough but the speakers are located in the back of the TV. I prefer a soundbar on any new TV due to the speakers being in the back, plus I like the full surround sound experience especially when you're getting a picture this good.

- Answer BenF, there are no built-in cameras in 2020 Samsung TVs. You can connect select external cameras via USB to your TV. You can also screen mirror with Smart View from Android devices, cast to your TV using AirPlay 2 on iOS devices, or using the Multiple Displays function on a Windows device. ^Gina

QuestionWe purchased this tv today and mounted it on the wall. Plugged it in and turned it on- a loud humming sound started. No devices connected, checked power connection, tinkered with settings. Nothing fixes it. Anybody else have this issue?

- Answer I've come to accept my tv must be set to dynamic setting for brightness. That is only way the buzz will cease. During dark scenes while watching, the noise can be heard again.

- Answer Bluetooth, you absolutely can connect Bluetooth headphones to the TU7000! Refer to your headphone's user manual for how to pair. Once paired to the TV, press HOME on the TU7000 remote. Then go to Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List. Choose the headphones you wish to use for sound output. ^Celina
