QuestionI recently bought a 65 inch V tv, Samsung delivered an installed. The sound leaves a lot to be desired. n reading pros an cons, I have not seen nothing on this. Is this a common problem??

- Answer Unfortunately yes, the speakers are small and do not do a great job of projecting voices. At minimum install a sound bar.

QuestionI bought this Samsung 65” TV for my son’s apartment and then found out that his TV cabinet width is only 54” wide. Is the TV actual width 65” or is that measured diagonally and what is the actual horizontal width? Thanks for your response.

- Answer Hi Al, with Samsung's bezel-less design there is virtually nothing to see but screen when you are watching TV. Aside from that the Titan Grey color is very dark and barely noticeable. I hope this helps, ^Scott

- Answer Hi Charley1957, It sure does. You can use both the TV and a Bluetooth audio device simultaneously on any 2020 Samsung 4K or 8K TV. When this function is active, you can set the volume of the Bluetooth headphones higher than the volume of the TV speaker. First, make sure your Bluetooth headphones are paired. Press HOME on your One Remote. Then go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Multi-output Audio. Find the device you would like to pair.
