“Hi, My TV disconnect from wireless every time we turn it off and we need to re-enter Wi-Fi password every time we turn it on. Please let me know if there is any fix to this. This issue has been ongoing from beginning but now it happen more often”

• You may not be saving the wifi name and password after you enter it. Be sure to SAVE after you enter the credentials.
