I'm not sure how long you've had your TV, but there seems to be picture quality issues. I would definitely have an engineer review your system board. I don't know if you keep your TV on for long periods of time or do not turn off overnight, and of course the age can all contribute to some of the screen controls. I would recommend doing a full reset on the system and seeing if that fixes your problem.
