“Bought my TV in February 2024 new from best buy Today it developed a white line across the length of the display. I tried running diagnostics on the TV in the settings and even a factory reset. The line is still there. How do I get this TV replaced?”

Called the store about warranty. The white line is the light tubes an I had an older tv do that. It can be fixed but it would be better to get a new one. If you have the manual on your tv look at the warranty and called them unless you bought a extended warranty from best buy.
