The difference is that certain model numbers are only sold at Costco and certain model numbers are only sold at Best Buy. This way when you see an advertised price that is lower they will tell you that it is a different model number and therefore do not have to match or beat a lower price.

Please try again later.most units sold at Costco & Sams Club will have less HDMI inputs...the unit from best buy has a smart HDMI switch with is easy to connect & switches sources flawlessly using the tv remote... the sams club unit deletes this switch...id imagine the costco unit is the same...
