• Don't bother with the curve. Viewing angle on this TV is fine. My Best Buy guy showed me both. Unless you plan to watch TV from a really bad angle, the flat is fine. If you are at such a bad angle, you aren't really watching TV.

• Flat screen is better. Curved screen reflects light in the room no matter where the viewer is.

• I haven't watched anything on a curved T.V outside of a Best Buy store, but the flat screen that I have for my house would be best for how my living room is setup.
