• Mine came with the legs unattached. Was not a problem to mount on wall.

• Yes, the legs can be easily removed for wall mounting. I believe they attach with a couple of screws. They are not installed when you purchase the TV and I was hanging mine on the wall so I didn't pay close attention to their mounting.
