Q: QuestionWould it be possible to purchase a separate invisible power cord from Samsung to power the tv on? It’s my understanding that the power cord for the Pro model is just a standard power cable.

• A:Answer Joy851 - The Frame Pro uses two cables – one connects to the Wireless One Connect Box, and one directly powers the TV. Both must be plugged in for power. The Wireless One Connect uses a USB-C to USB-C cable with a power adapter and should be placed in the same room as the TV (10m range). The TV uses a 2-pin, non-polarized power cord, like most Samsung TVs. If your outlet is directly behind the TV, consider using a recessed outlet box, as the Slim Fit Wall Mount is designed to sit flush. Please note that the included cables are not in-wall rated, so they should not be routed through the wall. If your outlet is located elsewhere, you can plug in the TV like any standard setup. Q: QuestionI have a larger recessed space on the wall behind my tv, and i was wondering A. Can the one connect box be located there? And B. What are the dimensions of the one connect box?

• A:Answer Hi PTM1000 - We recommend placing the Wireless One Connect Box anywhere within the same room as the TV, and within a specified signal range (10m) with minimal obstructions. For instance, storing it in-wall in a recessed box or a shelf/credenza below the TV would work well, as long as the wall/furniture material is not thick enough to block any signals. Please keep in mind that the wireless connection between the TV and WOCB may be affected by the surrounding environment, may not connect when enclosed or blocked by metal (e.g., from inside a metal cabinet) or by other physical objects such as walls. The Wireless One Connect Box dimensions for The Frame Pro are 11.6” x 1.5” x 5” (WxHxD). ~ Samsung Specialist
