• No, this TV doesn't need to be mounted, it comes with legs and a power cord. Plug it in, connect your cable, turn it on and select input.

• Does not need mounting, and yest there are legs. We did mount ours. Add what apps you need. Power cord, cable box, and DVD were the only cables we needed. We had all the cords.
