• Q80 has Samsung’s Ultra Black Technology which is suppose to make blacks appear darker and makes the screen less reflective to external light. And does better with viewing from an angle. There is a great review and comparison on YouTube by ABT Electronics https://youtu.be/l9OlRHg_o0o. For the price and best features relevant to my family we choose the Q70 over the Q80.

• Q8 was 2018 model Q70R 2019 with supposedly better upscaling from non 4K source. Q8 is less reflective but no Alexa capabilities. Similar performance FALD
