“The refresh rate states 240hz, however on Amazon, it states 120hz. What is the correct refresh rate”

There are actually two different refresh rate calculation types. The one you are likely familiar with is the 120 which is fine.

Oh wait! Stupid me, Amazon has errors strewn throughout their site on products they offer. So, I would probably go to the Samsung site and read what they have listed as the refresh rate for their product.
