“I'm buying this + a series x next week. My first 4k tv. Any issues I should know about? I also have a 4k firestick already. Will it matter which ports are used to get full 4k and 120 hz for both? Won't be using built in apps or wifi.”

You shouldn't have any issues. The first thing I would do is check for updates and make sure your software is up to date. It comes with a hdmi port that is optimized for gaming, but the rest of the ports should be able to handle 4k without a problem. I have my ps5 on the game port and my firestick on a regular port and I can't tell the difference when I play movies or shows on either device. Congrats on your first 4k
