I don't think problem is the tv, it's probably your network are you wifi or hard wired, if wifi use 5g (router should allow 2.4 and 5g) I have Dish Network, but had Directv for years, not likely to be problem. Your ISP is likely the issue, make sure they aren't throttling you.
