Hey Mike , The Q80T does support all 4k HDMI 2.1 features on HDMI 4 . ^Jason
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.HDMI 2.1 is 48GB/s & 2.0 is 18GB/s & CANNOT physically process the 4k 120hz 12bit HDR data of 2.1. this is a fact not an opinion or word salad like the Samsung answer. This TV can only process 4k608bit HDR. I think it can only do 4k60hz or 8bit HDR too not both at the same time. It may be “capable” of 240hz in overdrive(pixel blowout)& 120 native BUT! I have no idea how they can claim with a strait face it can process 12bit HDR 120hz 4K with only 18GB/s of 2.0 ability. It’s a 4k60hz8bitHDR tv. Doesn’t matter if it “can” do 9000hz refresh if it can’t process the data & you have no way to push the signal to the tv because of physical limitations it’s meaningless. It’s a $600tv with full array dimming imo.
