They put the TV on the wall for me, but they expect you to have the brackets to attach to the TV and wall mount unit. I would've had serious issues if I didn't have the parts and cables. My advice would be to ask, and be very clear about what you expect ahead of time. Also I had to assist the installer so make that clear as well if you aren't willing and able to help.
